Good Friends of The First State provides financial assistance to women who are on the brink. We help those struggling to make ends meet by offering a hand up. We come together annually to open our hearts, raise awareness of local needs, enjoy camaraderie, and focus on giving.

Only a licensed mental health or healthcare professional, social worker or case manager from agencies/organizations throughout Delaware can submit an Application for monetary assistance on behalf of women and girls in need.
